Sala Yasumi coordinated invitations, supplies, schedules, membership follow-up, cohort folders, mailing contacts, and roster documentation. The team established the eight-cohort Drive structure and filed core operating records. Sala formally established the museum within the Masonic Museums and Libraries Association.
Protocols were established in scheduling, collaborating, and organizing the overall project.
Week 1
September 27 - October 3
Sala audited the website and identified seven specific corrections, maintained the Week 2 task register over the eight cohorts, coordinated cohort and Drive access, shared the team media folder, and completed tech and software purchases. Ji Won Lee sent and confirmed the archive-supply order.
The Cohort maintained scheduling for the project and maintained total organization of the drives. They continued maintenance of master documents, receipts, password lists, schedules, and inter-cohort requests.
