September 21 - 27
Julia Plumaker, Tiffany Pedroza, and A.K. mapped collection areas and inventoried objects. Tiffany also photographed and numbered sections, created a digital cohort map, and charted framed and unframed items. Abena Amankwah produced detailed catalogue records for 14 artifact groups.

September 27 - October 3
CatalogIt Museum was activated as the central collections database. Abena uploaded an expanded catalogue covering Sections 1 and 2 and the back wall. The team researched and routed archival-supply requirements.

October 5 - 11
The Collections & Archival Cataloguing Cohort continued building the museum's foundational collections database. Abena Amankwah catalogued 11 historical artifacts in Bay 11, including ceremonial objects, presentation plaques, and a vintage projector, creating detailed CatalogIt records and physically labeling objects for tracking. Tiffany Pedroza photographed, researched, and documented five additional objects, while Julia Plumaker advanced the North Wall inventory and Bay 5 cataloguing across Weeks 3 and 4. Together, their efforts are helping transform the museum's extensive holdings into an organized and accessible historical collection.

October 12 - 18
The Collections & Archival Cataloguing Cohort expanded its inventory and improved the accuracy of existing collection records. Abena Amankwah documented objects in sections B1, B11, and the West Wall and worked with Caroline Falk on Sections 7 and 8, reviewing earlier CatalogIt descriptions for consistency. Ariel King continued cataloguing Bay 3 and refining artifact labels, while Tiffany Pedroza photographed six objects, edited images, and began creating corresponding catalogue records. Julia Plumaker also reported progress on the North Wall inventory and Bay 5 cataloguing. This work is helping establish reliable records of the museum's historical holdings.
